At Cesea Agenc.ia we use synthetic content (AI-generated images and videos) in some sections of this website, particularly in the team portraits and ambient backgrounds. This disclaimer complies with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), which requires transparency about content generated or manipulated by AI systems.

Why do we use it?

Speed of iteration and visual consistency during the launch phase. As the team grows, we will replace the avatars with real photographs and keep only the abstract AI-generated assets.

Is the team real?

Yes. Cesea Agenc.ia is a real company with a verifiable human team. Every member listed at /nosotros has a linked LinkedIn profile where you can check their verified professional track record. The generated portraits serve only as a visual representation consistent with the brand identity.

• · Sora 2 / Veo 3 — video and hyper-realistic portraits (image mode / frame extraction)

Rights and consent

The generated images do not depict real people. We do not use the likeness of specific individuals without their explicit consent. If you believe any image resembles a real person and wish to report it, write to legal@cesea.agency and we will remove it within 48 hours.
