When signage stops informing and starts bringing in patients.

The car the clinic drives to the patient's door stopped being a vehicle and became an acquisition channel: a rear window woven out of letters that let the words of the service surface, a claim that sums up the offer and a QR code that goes straight to booking.

  • Rear of the liveried car: a grid of letters across the window with dentist, at-home, zero drama and CeSeA Dental picked out in yellow.
  • Side of the car with the QR code and the question "Your turn, or a relative's?".
  • Side of the car with the claim "Dentistry with no traffic, no rush, at home".

The starting
point

A company car spends all day in plain sight and almost never says a thing.

· The challenge

Livery on a healthcare vehicle usually settles for the bare minimum: logo, phone number, little else. This brief was a different animal, because the car of a clinic that treats people at home drives and parks exactly where its audience lives. It had to explain a service almost nobody expects, the dentist who comes to you, and stay readable for as long as a traffic light lasts.

· How we tackled it

We turned the rear window into a game: a grid of letters out of which the words that define the service surface in yellow, so the eye catches them without reading a paragraph. On the sides, two messages with different jobs: the claim that sums up the offer, and a direct question beside the QR code, because whoever books a home visit is often booking it for a relative. All in the brand palette, without a single line of small print.

Livery done well doesn't inform: it starts a conversation.

From bodywork to booking.

First the grid concept, then the split of messages by area of the car, and finally the QR code that closes the loop with the clinic's calendar.
